L.E.E.F Policies

Deposit & Payment Policy:

A non refundable deposit of $250.00 per day is required when booking your trip. The deposit is due within 30 days of receiving your confirmation package to guarantee your date.

Payment in full is required the day of your visit. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or Cheque.   Please make all cheques payable to “Lakeridge Resort Limited”.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Any rescheduling must be done at least 36 hours prior to your booked date. Cancellation will result in the loss of your $250.00 down payment. On the day of your visit, if the bus is running late by 15 minutes or more, or there are any changes to your pick up time, please call Lakeridge so that we can make the necessary adjustments to the program schedule.

Group Sizes and Price Breaks:

Lakeridge has a minimum group size requirement of 20 participants.  If on the day of your visit your group has less than 20 participants, you will still be charged for 20.

The price per student is based on the actual number of students in attendance at Lakeridge, not the number of students the were originally projected.  If the actual number of students in attendance is less than your original projected number, you may be bumped up to the next price level.

Equipment:

The equipment is allocated to your group on the day of your trip. The equipment assigned is recorded and checked at the end of the day. Please note that Lakeridge will hold the organization/group/school accountable for any missing or damaged equipment.

Supervisors:

It is your supervisor’s responsibility to remain with their group during the duration of their visit. They are required to provide group control and discipline as well as helping to implement our Zero Tolerance Policy. Each supervisor is welcome and encouraged to participate in all of the activities.

Procedures

Please send us the Activity Selections & High Rope Element Ratings sheets at least two weeks of booking your visit. Make sure you have indicated which option you would like as well as the activities and High Ropes elements you have chosen.

The Consent Form must be signed by the parent or guardian of each participating student and sent to Lakeridge Resort on day of your trip. All participants, including teachers, supervisors and parents, must have a signed consent form with them on the activity day. Participants without a Consent Form will NOT be able to take part in the program until a consent form has been produced.  No refunds will be given for anyone scheduled to participate, who is without a duly signed consent form.  Only the Lakeridge Resort consent form will be accepted.

All activities run Rain or Shine so please advise all participants to dress accordingly.
