Refund Policies

Refunds are not guaranteed. Management will review each refund. A $25.00 Administration fee will be applied to all refunds.

  • Private Lesson/beginner Specials / Learn To Link
    24 hours notice must be given in order to receive a refund. A $25.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.
  • Prior to Opening Day
    Lesson packages and membership refunds will be issued. A $25.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.
  • During Ski Season
    A doctor's note must be provided in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be pro-rated and a $25.00 administration fee will be applied. Refunds for memberships will be reviewed at the end of the season. 
  • Area Lift Ticket and Rental Equipment
    No refunds will be issued for area tickets or rental equipment.

Rental Equipment Policy

  • Anyone renting equipment, regardless of age, must leave a signed Visa card or Mastercard imprint that can be picked up upon the return of equipment.
  • No other pieces of ID (Drivers licenses/passports/cell phones) are accepted.
  • Additional costs will be applied if equipment is returned late.
  • All rental snowboard and snowblades must be returned to the rental shop when going in for any break (i.e. food, coffee or washroom break).
  • Those renting equipment are responsible for lost, stolen and damaged equipment.

Ticket Removal Policy

  • Cetain Lakeridge personnel have been given the authority to warn skiers/snowboarders and, if necessary, remove their tickets or season passes for out of control or irresponsible skiing/snowboarding, being intoxicated or for any other act deemed unacceptable.
